Put it in a box
Containerize the fear - find it, feel it and put it into a box. But if I put it in a box, aren’t I ignoring it or letting go? I’m handling it. I’m getting thru life, making it work. Putting those things in a box is helpful for me. It’s what I need. I can’t be consumed by my fears. I want to be present, and more forward-looking. So I define the box for my fear. I define when it starts and I define when it ends. And in that memory - that fear - I define the timeline. I decide how it controls me & I control it.
